My Psalm 10: “Behold the One who's Risen”
1 Behold the One who rises,
Behold, oh angels, behold.
2 The Beloved has pleased the LORD
And the Almighty witnessed of His Son.
3 His hands and feet they pierced,
And His garments all they took,
The Suffering Servant has died.
4 Atonement is now ended,
Fulfilled the ancient book,
A price paid, the Old Covenant aside.
5 Behold, and remember these things,
For this you longed to see since old,
6 Angels and men, holy ones of God,
And all who were led by His rod
7 Towards the grace of our Passover
And the mercy of the Lord.
8 Behold the One who rises,
Behold, oh nations, behold.
9 The Son descends to the depths
Of the once condemned world.
10 He takes the keys of death and hell,
Undone the power of sin
11 For with Him died the sinful flesh
Of all who would hope in Him.
12 The ancient plot by the evil one
Is now coming to an end,
13 And with the dawn of the third day
Over is the day of rest.
14 The evil age lies thereby judged,
The age to come is now at hand.
15 And with spoils of victory returns
The Anointed of the Holy One.
16 By His power the Son takes
His indestructible life back
17 And by the Spirit He’s strengthened
To live forever more
18 By the Father He’s honored
Vindicated before all
19 God works with one will
The resurrection of the Lord.
20 Behold the One who rises,
Behold, sons of God, behold.
21 For on this act of love,
Rested the destiny of the world.
22 The Son of God has conquered
And the Son of Man is risen
From among them that sleep.
23 Faith given to all
In the witness of the Cross
24 The witness of the Lord
The witness of His love.
25 Raise your voices, holy nations,
Raise your worship, blessed and faithful.
26 Raise the gates, the King has come,
The Son of Man to take the Throne
27 At the Right Hand of the LORD,
The Father, Majesty above.
28 Behold the One who’s risen,
Behold, oh angels, behold
29 And worship Him who lives,
Who was, and is, and is to come,
30 The Son with all authority,
Him who rose up from the dust.
31 The Spirit now comes down
To tabernacle as well
32 Within the faithful in the Lord
With whom forever He is to dwell
33 Fulfilled the hoped for promises
He made through the prophet Joel.
34 Oh praised be the LORD!
Oh how wonderful His works!
35 Raise your hands, oh angels all,
Raise your song, oh sons of God,
36 For the Lord has shown His love
And His promise now comes fast
The consummation soon to come.
37 And as Elijah once did
And the Baptist did as well
38 The Spirit prepares the nation
A people zealous for good works
39 With the seal of the promise
He now witnesses to us
40 That we are sons of the Most High
And servants of the Only God.
41 Oh, who now has His promise?
Who is in His covenant?
42 Blessed are them now washed
In the blood of the Lord’s Word.
43 For His power knows no silence
And His good news are not private,
44 But they are to be spread
To all the ends of the world.
45 An open promise, a grace free,
Good news to anyone that sins.
46 God’s Wisdom is in this
And it is awesome to our eyes.
47 Behold the One who’s risen,
Behold, you all, behold.
48 For God has loved His works
In such relentless way
49 He gave His Only Son
To find the sheep astray
50 The Shepherd gave His life
The sheep obtained it thus
51 Through Him the sheep has right
To a hope based on God’s truth.
52 Oh Lord...
We thank you, faithful God.

1 Mirad a Aquel que asciende
Mirad, oh ángeles, mirad.
2 El Amado ha complacido a Jehová
Y el Todopoderoso testificó de Su Hijo.
3 Sus manos y pies horadaron,
Y sus ropas todas ellos tomaron,
El Siervo Sufriente ha muerto.
4 La expiación ha terminado,
El libro antiguo ya cumplido,
Un precio pagado, y el Antiguo Pacto a un lado.
5 Mirad, y recordad estas cosas,
Pues esto anhelasteis ver desde antiguo,
6 Ángeles y hombres, santos de Dios,
Y todos los que fueron dirigidos por Su vara
7 Hacia la gracia de nuestra Pascua
Y la misericordia del Señor.
8 Mirad a Aquel que asciende,
Mirad, oh naciones, mirad.
9 El Hijo desciende a las profundidades
Del mundo condenado otrora.
10 Él toma las llaves de la muerte y el infierno,
El poder del pecado deshecho
11 Pues con Él murió la carne pecaminosa
De todos los que esperarían en Él.
12 El complot antiguo del maligno
Está llegando a su fin,
13 Y con el amanecer del tercer día
El día de reposo termina.
14 El siglo malo yace así juzgado,
El siglo venidero está a la mano.
15 Y con despojos de victoria regresa
El Rey Ungido del Santo.
16 Por Su poder el Hijo toma
Su vida indestructible de vuelta,
17 Y por el Espíritu es fortalecido
Para vivir para siempre jamás.
18 Por el Padre Él es honrado,
Vindicado ante todos;
19 Dios obra con una voluntad
La resurrección del Señor.
20 Mirad a Aquel que asciende,
Mirad, hijos de Dios, mirad.
21 Pues sobre este acto de amor
El destino del mundo descansaba.
22 El Hijo de Dios ha conquistado
Y el Hijo del Hombre se ha levantado
De entre los que duermen.
23 Fe dada a todos
En el testimonio de la Cruz
24 El testimonio del Señor
El testimonio de Su amor.
25 Alzad vuestras voces, naciones santas,
Alzad vuestra adoración, benditos y fieles.
26 Alzad las puertas, el Rey ha llegado,
El Hijo del Hombre para tomar el Trono
27 A la Diestra de Jehová,
El Padre, la Majestad en lo alto.
28 Mirad a Aquel que ha resucitado,
Mirad, oh ángeles, mirad
29 Y adorad a Aquel que vive,
Quien era, y es, y ha de venir,
30 El Hijo con toda autoridad,
Él, que se levantó del polvo.
31 El Espíritu ahora desciende
Para también Él habitar
32 Dentro de los fieles en el Señor
Con quienes por siempre ha de morar
33 Cumplidas las esperadas promesas
Que Él hizo mediante Joel el profeta.
34 ¡Oh alabado sea Jehová!
¡Oh cuán maravillosas Sus obras!
35 Alzad vuestras manos, ángeles todos,
Alzad vuestro cántico, oh hijos de Dios,
36 Pues el Señor ha mostrado Su amor
Y Su promesa ahora viene veloz
La consumación pronto por llegar.
37 Y como Elías hizo una vez,
Y el Bautista hizo también,
38 El Espíritu prepara a la nación,
Un pueblo celoso de buenas obras.
39 Con el sello de la promesa
Él nos testifica ahora
40 Que somos hijos del Altísimo
Y siervos del Dios Único.
41 Oh, ¿quién tiene ahora Su promesa?
¿Quién está en Su pacto?
42 Bienaventurados aquellos ahora lavados
En la sangre de la Palabra del Señor.
43 Pues Su poder no conoce silencio
Y Sus buenas nuevas no son privadas,
44 Sino que son para ser extendidas
Hasta todos los fines de la tierra.
45 Una promesa abierta, una gracia gratuita,
Buenas nuevas a cualquier hombre que peca.
46 La Sabiduría de Dios está en esto
Y es cosa asombrosa a nuestros ojos.
47 Mirad a Aquel que ha resucitado,
Miradle, todos, mirad.
48 Pues Dios ha amado a Sus obras
De manera tan implacable
49 Que dio a Su Hijo Único
Para hallar a la oveja perdida;
50 El Pastor entregó Su vida,
La oveja la obtuvo así;
51 Mediante Él la oveja tiene derecho
A una esperanza basada en Su verdad.
52 Oh Señor...
Gracias te damos, fiel Dios.

10 Concerning this salvation, the prophets, who spoke of the grace that was to come to you, searched intently and with the greatest care, 11 trying to find out the time and circumstances to which the Spirit of Christ in them was pointing when he predicted the sufferings of the Messiah and the glories that would follow. 12 It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you, when they spoke of the things that have now been told you by those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Even angels long to look into these things.
Okay, this is my tenth psalm, which I wrote today specifically for the contest held by christians.deviantart.com for the Easter day, with the topic of the contest being hope, based on the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. So, I wrote this, taking these verses in particular as a sort of cornerstone: the angels, at last, were to witness the humiliation and exaltation of the Son of God. (The last part is pretty clearly a prose-ish retelling of John 3:16, I even thought of putting it as a separate deviation xd.)

Bueno, éste es mi décimo salmo, que escribí hoy específicamente para el concurso que tiene christians.deviantart.com para la Pascua de Resurrección, con el tema del concurso siendo la esperanza, basada en la resurrección de nuestro Señor Jesucristo. Así que, escribí esto, tomando estos versículos en particular como un tipo de piedra angular: los ángeles, por fin, iban a contemplar la humillación y exaltación del Hijo de Dios. (La parte final es bien claramente un recuento "proseado" de Juan 3:16, incluso pensé en ponerlo como una deviation separada xd)
